I've heard from so many clients that it has been suggested they follow the low FODMAP diet
BUT IT SEEMED TOO HARD.
Some have already tried it but they didn't do it properly and so don't really know if it works for them or not.
Because we are so resourceful, we often go online to find information and motivation that we need to recover, relieve the diarrhoea, reduce bloating, and manage constipation. We noticed that much of the information that is available either costs a fortune, is simply inaccurate, or provides a list of recommendations without an opportunity for exchange of knowledge, motivation, and support.
In an effort to regain our gut health, we can get sucked into buying expensive supplements that make no difference or even make us feel worse. Following common dietary advice for the gut like "eat fermented foods", "increase your fibre intake", "take this (non-specific) probiotic. Depending on what's going on with your gut (IBS, SIBO, Candida etc), and your symptoms, these types of general recommendations may cause more harm than good.
As many as 1 in 5 Australians will develop IBS at some point in their lifetime, and it's twice as common in women as it is in men. That is 25 percent of people in Australia. There is a large group of people that have a shared or similar experience with bloating and less than idea bowel movements.
So, I set out on A MISSION: To help as many IBS sufferers as possible, that experience these issues, find a path to restoring their gut function.
And that's when I finally put the system I've been using with my one-on-one clients into this program.
